Four plugins are free forever on every server: Welcome & Goodbye, Embed Messages, Reminders and Reaction Roles. Everything else needs a premium license. → Premium
No. One license covers one server at a time. You can move it between servers as often as you like, but two servers running premium at the same time need two licenses. → Licenses
The license stays active until the end of the paid period. After that, premium plugins stop running — but every setting is kept, and everything resumes the moment a license is active again. Nothing is deleted.
Yes, any time. Detach and re-assign, or use Transfer. For subscriptions the billing moves with the license.
No. Kicking Cloudy leaves your configuration untouched — re-inviting restores everything. The only thing that deletes data is Reset settings & data on the Server defaults page.
Almost always a missing Message Content intent (custom bots only) or missing channel permissions. → Troubleshooting
Cloudy's role has to sit above the role it assigns in Server Settings → Roles. → Role hierarchy
Yes. Bot language on the Server defaults page switches the bot's own replies and slash-command descriptions between English and German, per server. Your own texts are never translated.
Yes, with a Lifetime license — the Custom Bot runs the whole feature set under your own Discord application. Cloudy's own bot then leaves your server. → Custom Bot
Settings are effectively immediate. Panels (tickets, verification, reaction roles, embeds, custom games) take about 30 seconds because the bot has to post or edit a real Discord message. Slash commands follow Discord's own 1–2 minute registration delay. → Saving & syncing
Yes. Saves only send the fields you actually changed, so two people editing different settings do not overwrite each other. Two people editing the same field means last save wins.
Yes. {user} works, {User} does not — an unrecognised placeholder is left in the message as
literal text. → Placeholders
Not directly — image fields take a URL. Any https:// link works, including one copied out of a
Discord message. → Embed builder
No, only messages.
Only through /economy-leaderboard, which is public by design.
A custom bot token is stored encrypted and is never returned to any client — not to the dashboard, not through the API. Only the bot infrastructure can decrypt it.
