The Audit Log page shows the most recent entries from your server's Discord audit log, in chronological order, with the actor, the action and the target resolved to readable names.
Cloudy must have the View Audit Log permission. Without it the page shows an explicit notice rather than an empty list — grant the permission in Discord and reload.
The page is read-only. Nothing here can be edited or deleted; Discord owns the data and expires it on its own schedule (roughly 45 days).
Every audit-log action type Discord exposes, grouped roughly as:

Actions Discord adds after this list was written render as a generic "performed an action" entry rather than being dropped.
They answer different questions and you usually want both.

If a member was banned and you want to know why, the mod log has the reason. If you want to know whether an admin changed a channel permission last night, the audit log has it.

Each row is one action: who did it, what they did, and when. Members who have left the server show as their stored name where Discord still provides it, otherwise as "Unknown" — Discord does not retain full profiles for deleted accounts.
