A member joins a designated "creator" voice channel and Cloudy immediately spawns a personal channel for them and moves them into it. When the last person leaves, the channel is deleted.
The result: your server has as many voice channels as it currently needs, and none of the empty ones.

Up to 25 channels · voice/stage only
The channels that act as "join to create". Joining one of them spawns a personal channel; the trigger channel itself always stays empty.
➕ Create channel — and put it at the top of
the voice category. Members who do not know what it is will join it, get moved, and figure it out.Several trigger channels are useful when different categories should get different kinds of channel, since each spawns into its own category by default.
Up to 100 characters · optional
How new channels are named. {user} is the owner's display name.
Empty uses the built-in <name>'s Channel.
{user}'s Channel

0–99 · default 0 (Unlimited)
The user cap applied to each new temp channel. Owners can still change it afterwards with Discord's own channel settings.
0 means unlimited. Set a number if you want small groups by default — a limit of 4 or 5 makes
channels feel private, which is usually the point.
Optional
Spawn every temp channel under this category, regardless of which trigger channel was used.
Empty means each channel is created in the same category as its trigger channel — usually what you want, and the reason you can have several trigger channels in different categories.
Set the override when you want all temp channels collected in one place, e.g. a dedicated
Temporary category kept at the bottom of the list.
The channel is deleted as soon as the last member leaves it. There is no timer, no grace period and no configuration for this — an empty temp channel is deleted immediately.
Consequences worth knowing:
The bot also needs View Channel and Connect on the category it spawns into.
